A. I use them for shock value – plain and simple. People who are not ready to openly and honestly deal with our
accident problem need to see them.

A. Rarely, only if I sense an indifference to hazards by the employees.

A. Focusing on the negative does not work. Only focusing on the positive will fix an accident problem. We have to
focus on the hazards and what we intend to do to fix the hazard problem in order to keep our people safe. That is
why I wrote all of those books I sell.
